PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (BATA) mencatat rugi bersih sebesar Rp51,98 miliar per 30 September 2025, turun 59,85 persen dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu yang merugi Rp129,49 miliar. Dengan demikian, rugi per saham dasar menyusut menjadi Rp39,99 dari sebelumnya Rp99,61. Penjualan bersih perusahaan turun signifikan 34,77 persen menjadi Rp236,93 miliar dari Rp363,27 miliar tahun lalu.

Dari sisi operasional, laba kotor turun menjadi Rp90,04 miliar dari Rp138,81 miliar akibat penurunan penjualan. Beban penjualan dan pemasaran berhasil ditekan menjadi Rp98,53 miliar dari Rp157,65 miliar, sementara beban umum dan administrasi juga menurun menjadi Rp32,24 miliar. Tidak ada biaya restrukturisasi pada tahun ini, sedangkan kerugian pelepasan aset tetap dan beban usaha lainnya juga menurun. Hal ini membuat rugi usaha BATA menyempit menjadi Rp44,18 miliar dibanding Rp118,89 miliar tahun lalu.

Secara keuangan, liabilitas BATA tercatat Rp402,12 miliar, turun dari Rp421,58 miliar di akhir 2024. Namun, defisiensi modal meningkat menjadi Rp75,48 miliar dan defisit naik menjadi Rp88,95 miliar. Total aset perusahaan juga mengalami penurunan menjadi Rp326,64 miliar dari Rp405,66 miliar pada akhir tahun sebelumnya. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa meski rugi bersih menyusut, tantangan keuangan masih membayangi kinerja BATA.
