$UOADEV / 5200 (UOA DEVELOPMENT BHD) are strong in their Office Sectors. Their Bangsar South development is an exemplary development to those developers planning to build-sell/lease corporate or strata offices, they are the benchmark. Each developer here having their own strength and different target market, putting aside location.
As for built quality, speaking for local developments, aside from Ecoworld International, built quality I would choose $PARAMON / 1724 (PARAMOUNT CORPORATION BERHAD)
Layout plan I would always love to see/refer to $UEMS / 5148 (UEM SUNRISE BERHAD).
As for masterplan or township development $ECOWLD / 8206 (ECO WORLD DEVELOPMENT GROUP BERHAD) and SUNWAY are my preference.
