$JRPT is definitely an elite stock, strong net profit margin of 38%, and they're cash rich. absolutely beautiful financially-wise but it isn't as sexy as more stocks in the way it barely moves a lot these days but oh well just have some patience. i could see 10% growt within a couple months.
