1. Tax proposes : Listed company 1% final sales tax vs private company capital gain 22% 
2. Prestige 
3. And so on

I don't think so $TSPC $PALM $HMSP will go private, for some reasons :

in my humble opinion gonna go private :
1. when 15% free float requirement announcement, owner still accumulating
2. when price was 3.2k few weeks ago, owner sell and buy back at lower price ( sign of price control ), my hyphothesis this is related to tender offer price requirement ( price offered shouldnt be lower than 90 days price avg )
