Harga rumah di US kembali melemah, yang secara tidak langsung mendukung penurunan biaya sewa rumah (shelter cost), sehingga inflasi secara keseluruhan berpotensi melemah.

Selain itu, data employment ADP juga masih terus negatif, menandakan pasar tenaga kerja yang lemah.

Kondisi ini meningkatkan peluang Fed untuk cut rate di Desember.
