KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 7): Three subsidiaries of Scomi Group Bhd have applied for judicial management at the Shah Alam High Court today to temporary shield them from legal proceedings “by third parties”.
The three units are Scomi Engineering Bhd (SEB), Scomi Rail Bhd (SRB) and Scomi Transit Project Brazil (Sao Paolo) Sdn Bhd (STPB), said the group in a press statement.
Scomi, however, did not refer to any specific "third parties" in the statement.
