On 11 Dec 2024, TA research said that coastal would receive the money due to it from its JV "this week"

However, on 18 Dec 2024, RHB says that the refinancing is "near completion and payment will be made in 4Q2024"

Perhaps it's related to this?

If they really did receive all the money due from their JV, we're looking at coastal's net cash balance hitting ~RM 1bil net cash, which is more than current market cap.
