Paid a visit to the stalled Latitud8 project site, seems like no construction has commenced yet. However, it was told by the security guard at sales gallery that the construction work likely to be commenced on mid of October (which i cannot verify). Some correction to my initial post, Intan Sekitar Sdn Bhd (developer of Latitud8) is now wholly owned by Crest Builder which they had acquired the remaining 49% stake from Detik Utuh Sdn Bhd (which is related to UMNO Tajuddin) for RM122.5k at year 2021.
