PETALING JAYA: PLB Engineering Berhad (PLB), via its subsidiary PLB Terang Sdn Bhd (PLBTSB) had signed a share sale agreement to dispose of its 60% stake in PLB Green Solar Sdn Bhd (PLBGS).
