KUALA LUMPUR: HCK Capital Group Bhd plans to issue new shares in the company to executive chairman and major shareholder Tan Sri Clement Hii Chii Kok @ Hii Chee Kok to settle a RM100 million debt owing to him by a subsidiary for cash advances for a mixed development project, in a related party transaction.
