KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 7): Trading of Scomi Engineering Bhd’s shares will be suspended on Feb 9 to facilitate its merger with Scomi Group Bhd.
“Kindly be advised that trading in the shares of Scomi Engineering will be suspended with effect from 9am on Friday, Feb 9, 2018, in order to facilitate the implementation of the aforesaid merger,” its filing read today.
