MAA Group Bhd has agreed to sell its entire 57.78% stake in Turiya Bhd for RM52.86mil, or 40 sen a share, to Khidmat Kejora Sdn Bhd (KKSB) and Neo Pixel Sdn Bhd (NPSB).
