PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk get two new concessions once set as the winner of the auction by the Toll Road Regulatory (BPJT). Two projects that won was the Probolinggo-Banyuwangi toll road and Jakarta-Cikampek II South toll road.
The company proposing a new elevated toll road from Cawang - Tomang - Airport Cengkareng along a 23.55 km. The estimated cost of per kilometre is Rp7 trillion.

PT PP Properti Tbk. has announced record net profit for 2017 to Rp 440 billion, increase of 20.5% compared to 2016 amounting to Rp 365 billion.
Closing the year 2017, the property company, PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) records marketing sales that comply with the targets. Marketing sales PPRO penetrate figures of Rp 3 trillion or grow 21% from the previous year
