KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd's (SCIB) unit SCIB Properties Sdn Bhd has signed a settlement cum appointment of contractor agreement with Awana JV Suria Saga Sdn Bhd to strengthen its position in the construction sector.
