KUALA LUMPUR: South Malaysia Industries Bhd (SMI) today said it will only circulate the notice to appoint four directors proposed by Chong Fu Shen, once a notice of application of interim injunction by shareholder, Mah Sau Cheong, has been heard by the Court.
