based on those who attended hartalega EGM , management has claimed that they are running at full capacity at NGC , and they have transferred the cost to the customer (aka revision in ASP) 

initially i intended to review the trade stat and china players reports by end april.  however , coupling with recent events , might offer a trading opportunities or change for accumulation .
