As on 11 Mar, AJI official announced that its Jalan Kuchai Lama land disposal have been completed, which align with its highlight in the quarter report announced at the end of February.

Reasonably, the company should announce special dividend up to RM2.12 per share sooner or later.

At today closing price of RM18.96, the special dividend will be equivalent to around 11.2% dividend yield.
