1. Tax proposes : Listed company 1% final sales tax vs private company capital gain 22%
2. Prestige
3. And so on

Capital gain if UBO sell their share so TAX for divestment, NOT business income tax.

I don't think so $TSPC $PALM $HMSP will go private, for some reasons :
1. Tax proposes : Listed company 1% final sales tax vs private company capital gain 22%
2. Prestige
3. And so on

What will UBO (Ultimate Beneficiary Owner) do to fulfill Minimum Free Float 15% or Delisting (Go Private) ?
1. Private Placement
2. Refloat : Push up share price & Make it liquid
3. Go Private => What is the requirement ? Minimal 5X BV or 5X Market Price which ever is Higher ? 🤔

There is only one thing for this stock to fulfill minimum free float 15%, is mark up the share price and make it liquid then refloat to public rather than follow Exit Policy, the UBO (Ultimate Beneficiary Owner) should buyback public shares.
The reasons are :
1. As a public listed company, if UBO wants to divest their shares, they just pay 0.1% Final Sales Tax
2. Go Private, as a private company if UBO wants to sell their shares, they must pay 22% corporate income tax of capital gain.
So Refloat is The Best Choice.

Meneruskan postingan kemaren mengenai pergerakan $IHSG bahwa apa yg terjadi hari ini hampir serupa seperti saat 9-10 april, dimana hari kedua pasca isu, ihsg smpt turun dlu dan kemudian bisa kembali rebound. Pertanyaan nya adalah, sudah serok apa hari ini?
