KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 12): Practice Note 17 (PN17) company Petrol One Resources Bhd is set to be delisted from the local bourse next Monday (Dec 17), as the stock exchange regulator has dismissed the company's appeal for more time to submit its regularisation plan.
In an exchange filing today, the company guided that its securities will officially be removed from the stock exchange, but said it will still be able to continue its operations.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 31): Petrol One Resources Bhd's external auditor Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng has issued a disclaimer of opinion on the group’s financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2018 (FY18).
In a filling with Bursa Malaysia today, Baker Tilly said the basis of its qualified opinion was due to it not being able to obtain sufficient or appropriate audit evidences regarding plans for the group to achieve sustainable and viable operations, as well as generate adequate cash flows from its operating activities.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 20): Practice Note 17 (PN17) entity Petrol One Resources Bhd said it has submitted an appeal to Bursa Malaysia Securities against the latter’s decision to delist its securities from the Main Market of the local bourse.
In an exchange filing today, Petrol One said the appeal was submitted to Bursa Securities today against the suspension and delisting of its securities, which was initially slated for this Friday (Aug 24).
KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 13): Petrol One Resources Bhd is slated to be delisted from the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Aug 24 after the company failed to implement its regularisation plan by Aug 11.
This is unless the Practice Note 17 (PN17) company submits an appeal against the delisting to the regulator by Aug 20, according to Petrol One's announcement with the stock exchange today.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 10): Petrol One Resources Bhd, a Practice Note 17 (PN17) company, said today it is unable to implement the proposed regularisation plan by tomorrow (Aug 11), despite numerous extensions granted by Bursa Securities.
This follows a meeting held yesterday, whereby the board of directors had deliberated issues in relation to the proposed regularisation plan.
