Ornapaper Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ornapaper Industry (M) Sdn Bhd, has entered into sale and purchase agreements with Faithview Group Development Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of two leasehold vacant lots worth RM30.75mil.
